• Improve the perception of Downtown public safety by keeping streets and properties clean and litter-free.
• Increase economic vibrancy by providing a clean, healthy environment.
• Gain commitment of all Downtown property owners in the Partnership.
• Educate partners to the cleaning standards of a 24 hours-a-day, 365 days-a-year Downtown.
• Adhere to common cleaning standards for properties.
• Empower Cleaning Advisory Committee to create and review program success.
• Focus City efforts on IndyGo bus shelter/stops, newsboxes, and event clean ups.

• Spring Clean Up - Periodic clean-ups organized with volunteers and the business community in response to seasonal weather changes and major events.

• Trustees - Marion County Probation Department pick up litter a minimum of 2 days per month.

• Cleaning Partnership - Improves coordination of public and private sector cleaning efforts. Current membership includes 196 partners representing 691 properties.
